Little Bees Child Care is providing “high” quality childcare to families with young children. The definition of high quality can be different for each child care center as well as for potential client looking for child care. We believe the process is more important than the product. We will help children learn, grow and acquire skills that would be beneficial for their lives. Our center is using 1-2-3 Currirulum . 123 Learn Curriculum is a professionally-planned preschool curriculum designed to be used in child care centers. . The activities included are age appropriate and designed to help the whole child grow and develop socially, physically, and intellectually. Our program will help prepare each child for kindergarten, while opening the door for the children to be creative and express their artistic abilities.

We welcome children from different cultural groups. We will be designing activities, interactions and special events carefully and with help of parents or other resources so that elements of different cultures are presented respectfully and appropriately.

We make sure that diversity is part of all our activities in order children are exposed to different cultures which harmony and respect are presented in the best possible way.

We adore each and every child who visits our childcare facility, and we make it our mission to ensure that they have a good time and meet new friends. Our staff has years of expertise and is well-trained in encouraging youngsters to try new things. Many children are shy and reluctant to speak to strangers. That is why Little Bees Child Care Center maintains a loving and joyful environment that includes smiling, having fun, and even singing. We get through the toughest shells, and everyone has a good time.

We offer a small class size with many professors and assistants. At Little Bees Child Care Center, we make sure that every kid has a fantastic time while learning and having fun. Little Bees Child Care Center is looking for Teacher/Teacher's assistants for both full and part time availability.

Applicants for teachers and teacher assistants are required to meet MN Rule 3 guidelines, with early education background (some college, some childcare experience), must be fun, energetic, caring individual and love children.

We are also looking for aides  ( experience preferred but not required , we will train you!)
